歷經一個多月養傷的美NBA布魯克林籃網台裔球星林書豪，今天首度在臉書上描繪內心感受，包括灰心、洩氣、挫折，甚至火大、害怕、心急如焚，最後還是依靠上帝回到場上。
從十一月二日左大腿肌腱拉傷，再到日前下背部緊繃，今夏加盟籃網的林書豪走來並非如預期順利，前後缺賽十八場，而籃網目前戰績更在東區近乎墊底。
這位備受球迷喜愛的哈佛小子，今天在臉書把這段養傷心路歷程與粉絲分享。
林書豪坦言受傷當下「真的滿生氣的」，尤其是球隊經過陣痛期，好不容易剛找到搭配隊形。
林書豪形容說，「我真的滿火大的，難過的是，當我一生氣，就會放縱地吃，受傷那天晚上賽後晚餐，我一邊玩Dota2，一邊吃糖果和洋芋片」。
林書豪表示，現在又回到場上，除了盡快找回節奏外，也知道還會遇到更多困難，但能再回到場上已讓他興奮莫名！
林書豪說，受傷教導他許多球隊的事，學到如何依據隊友個別特性激勵他們。
