（中央社記者汪淑芬台北28日電）復興航空上週無預警停航並宣布解散，民航局將收回復興航空國內外所有航權，依法要給興航陳述意見機會，明天是最通牒日。
興航無預警停航已遭民航局依民航法處新台幣300萬元最高罰鍰，並將收回航權，但依行政程序法，必須讓興航有陳述意見的機會。
民航局說，已限興航最晚29日提出陳述意見，若興航無回應，或陳述的意見不充分，就會立即呈報交通部，撤銷並收回興航航權，再重新分配給其他國籍航空公司。
興航國內部分有有6航點、6條航線，國際部分8航點、12條航線，兩岸部分有13航點、25條航線。
針對興航董事長林明昇接受媒體訪問，指日本企業對投資興航仍有興趣，但若收回航權，一切得重新評估，民航局說，興航就是未得到新投資者的資金挹注，公司都宣布解散，航權當然要收回。1051128
